Take on the suspicious cat mafia to unearth the mystery of the mutant cat epidemic in this short Undertale-like RPG! You play as Giuseppe, using your laser pointer to wear down those shady cats until they spill the beans.

Controls

• Move: WASD or Arrow keys
• Interact: E, Space, or Left click
• Dodge: Use the mouse!
• Items: WASD to select, Space to consume
• Pause: Press Escape to pause and view your inventory
• Cheat: Type "/" in the overworld

Tips & Tricks

• You can retry boss fights as many times as you like, so get a feel for the attack patterns before diving in.
• Don't forget to use the items you collect! Hover over items in your inventory to see what they do. (tooltips might clip offscreen in the web build)
• Most cheat codes are given to you in-game. Make sure to explore and talk to NPCs!
• Squiggles added a FNAF reference, see if you can find it :3
• Cheats that have a persistent negative effect are toggleable by entering the command again. Use this to disable any cheat that is counter-productive.
• You can use /clear to toggle the screen's CRT effect.

Troubleshooting

If you have performance issues with the web version, we also have downloadable native versions which should run much smoother.

On web version the item tooltips go right and end up offscreen. The native version doesn't have this issue.

This game was made in 9 days for Godot Wild Jam #63. We all worked super hard on it, even though we had a lot of personal life things to tend to as well. We hope you enjoy!
